Dear Teacher

God sees you. He sees the challenges you face every day. He sees your failures and your victories, your tears, and your smiles. God sees every faithful effort you put into doing your best. He sees it all. 

Your role as a Christian teacher is one of the most challenging, unique, unpredictable, worthwhile experiences that exists. Your work is a long-term investment. Don't give up. Yes, there will be days when you are tempted to do so. Choose to press forward under the strength and help of God as your mighty counselor, helper, and sustainer. Let the students you teach see that life with Jesus is no failure.
